Let me preface this review by stating that I **NEVER** write reviews. The fact that I am should be enough to reinforce how amazing my experience was. I went into Demetre's in search for an engagement ring for my girlfriend at the time. I had a fairly unique situation since ... I had a pear-cut diamond which was a family heirloom, but I also wanted to add a custom setting and additional stones. The pear-cut is difficult to set and add what I was looking for, but it was no problem for Peter. Peter truly went above and beyond. He designed the perfect ring; the one I had dreamed of (and that I knew my girlfriend wanted), and his responsiveness and service was the best I've ever had, anywhere. Very nice store. I just purchased some diamond earrings and they were very helpful and price was good. Store looks like a million bucks, but their prices were better than others on King St. They have really nice watches too.. Out of my price range, but if I was looking ... for one, I would go back. 5 stars from me. Read More
